Plastpol 2026: BEDEKO’s Innovative Partner Lounge Formula

BEDEKO took part in Plastpol 2026 in Kielce for the twelfth time. Instead of a classic booth, the company opened the BEDEKO Partner Lounge — an intimate space for conversations with partners and clients, built around one idea: time and comfort for longer conversations, backed by a full setup of entertainment and relaxation. The result: hundreds of conversations, finalized contracts, and continued sales growth, both among clients in Poland and in export markets.
A real conversation needs time
We believe the most important business decisions get made where people have time to actually get to know each other — not where the pace of walking through the hall is what counts. That’s why this year, at our twelfth consecutive Plastpol in Kielce, we skipped the classic booth for something built around conversation, not exhibition – the BEDEKO Partner Lounge, a cozy space open to partners, clients, and friends of the company, from Poland and abroad.
We made sure that amid the rush of meetings, presentations, and exchanged business cards, there was still room to breathe, and a bit of adrenaline for those who wanted it. The philosophy paid off: conversations flowed on their own, without any forcing, and today they’ve produced concrete export contracts and continued sales growth outside Poland.
BEDEKO Partner Lounge – here’s how it went
Imagine crowded exhibition halls — rows of booths, bright lights, a buzz that never quiets down, not even for a moment. Exhausting, even for the most seasoned trade-show regulars. Then someone invites you into the BEDEKO Partner Lounge. The music softens, the lighting turns gentler, the air cools down. At the Chemistry Bar, a welcome drink is waiting, served in a test tube, vapor drifting above the glass.
From there, it’s up to you: adrenaline on the racetrack, in VR goggles with a 5D effect, or a rest on one of the sofas and an easy conversation with colleagues, friends, and the BEDEKO team. Or maybe one first, then the other? That’s usually how it went.
That was the mood at the BEDEKO Partner Lounge. On top of that: prizes for racing-simulator and pinball competitions, plus a quiz with a grand prize — smart Rokid AR glasses with AI, which translate conversations instantly, guide you to your destination, and let you record the world from the wearer’s point of view.

Where the idea for the Partner Lounge came from
The idea grew out of a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and what a typical day at a trade show actually looks like. We wanted to build something exceptional – not innovation for its own sake, but something that would genuinely create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Olga Kolomiiets, Head of Marketing, BEDEKO Europe:
“The Partner Lounge concept grew out of specific business goals we set for ourselves for this year’s show. We wanted a space that would invite longer, substantive conversations with partners and clients. The cozy character and comfortable setting of the lounge let us go deeper into their needs, and it sparked some promising projects. Both the number of meetings and their outcomes showed this was a valuable addition to our usual trade-show presence.”

Plastpol, growing beyond borders
This year Plastpol marks its 30th anniversary, and over these three decades it’s grown into an event with genuinely international reach. We’ve seen it for a few years now: more and more visitors coming from abroad, and with them, trade journalists from foreign outlets.
Adam Kotowicz, Founder and CEO, BEDEKO Europe:
“Plastpol isn’t a local event anymore. It’s drawing more and more companies from abroad, which this year’s workload for our export team confirmed. Over the past few years, we’ve cemented our position as one of the leading suppliers to Polish processors and expanded into the Scandinavian countries, the Benelux region, the DACH markets, and the British Isles. We’re now ramping up growth in the Balkans, Germany, and the UK, and in the coming months we’ll be announcing partnerships in markets even further afield from Poland.”Krzysztof Nowosielski, Business Development Director, BEDEKO Europe:
“For BEDEKO’s export team, Plastpol is a unique chance to meet clients from multiple markets in one place, at one time. That’s why, despite the company’s growing presence at industry events across Europe and beyond, Plastpol stays one of the key dates on our calendar. We’re already planning our presence at next year’s edition, and we’re looking forward to what the new exhibition hall will open up.”
