PRSE 2026: BEDEKO Returns for the Third Time
In brief: On May 5–6, 2026, BEDEKO took part in the Plastics Recycling Show Europe (PRSE) in Amsterdam (RAI) — for the third time. PRSE is the world’s largest event dedicated exclusively to plastics recycling. The most recurring topic of conversation at our booth was recyclate quality, and BEDEKO answers that need with additives and masterbatches that stabilize its parameters. The show was also an occasion to introduce our strengthened export team.
Plastics Recycling Show Europe is the world’s largest event dedicated exclusively to plastics recycling. That’s exactly why it’s the best place to see where the industry is heading. Amsterdam brought together people for whom the circular economy isn’t a buzzword from a slide deck, but everyday work. BEDEKO was there for the third time.
One topic kept coming up in almost every conversation
Our booth drew steady traffic over both days. And nearly every conversation came back to the same thing: how to maintain and improve recyclate quality. It’s a problem anyone working with secondary material knows well and it’s exactly where BEDEKO has the most to offer. Additives and masterbatches that stabilize and improve recyclate parameters.
We were visited by current clients and partners, but also by companies just starting to consider switching additive suppliers. A direct conversation says more about real market needs than any report.
Recycling is no longer a niche
The level of interest at PRSE confirms what the data already shows. Regulations, consumer expectations, and raw-material economics are pushing the industry toward ever-higher shares of recycled content. And the more recyclate in a product, the greater the need for solutions that stabilize its quality. That’s exactly the point in the market where BEDEKO operates.
As BEDEKO CEO Adam Kotowicz put it in a conversation at the booth:
“We’re at PRSE for the third time. We’re seeing growing demand for solutions to maintain and improve recyclate quality. Given that, you’ll definitely see us at most of the trade shows that matter for plastics processing and recycling in Europe this year.”
In an interview recorded at the booth, Adam Kotowicz talks about the growing demand for improved recyclate quality, the strengthening of the export team, and product availability at a stable price over the long term. Here are the key points.
Predictability when raw-material prices swing
In the conversation, Adam Kotowicz pointed to a strength that carries particular weight right now:
“What is our strength is very high availability of goods with price fixed over the long term, which has been a major challenge especially recently.”
Behind that are concrete numbers: over 8,000 tonnes of safe stock and over 15,000 tonnes of monthly production. At a time when raw-material price volatility is often a processor’s biggest challenge, predictable supply and cost is a real competitive edge.
Strengthening our export team
PRSE was also the moment to announce changes to the team. Krzysztof Nowosielski, Business Development Director, and Michał Pernak have recently joined BEDEKO — experts bringing extensive knowledge and market experience.
“We’ve been visible in international markets for many years. This year we significantly expanded our export department. It’s really the next step in building our strong team, and it also shows how important it is for us to stay close to the client.” — Adam Kotowicz, CEO, BEDEKO Europe.
This is an investment in the company’s ability to serve clients across an increasingly wide geographic area, closer to the client. In parallel, we’re finalizing agreements with agents in multiple countries, expanding our distribution structure.
